Hey Carol, it is possible to ride the buggies the whole tour and not sandboard down! Before the ride starts you should speak with your operator or driver so that they’re informed. Note that when the driver goes to pick up the people that boarded down to continue to the next dune the drive won’t be as crazy. Hope you have a great time!
