Traveling by public bus is the cheapest way of getting to Cusco from Lima but has some safety issues due to the route. Because most buses travel by night on the direct route, you will miss out on a lot of interesting things along the way. Prices range from S/100 ($30) to S/180 ($55) for a one way ticket … With everything in life, you will get what you pay for so if you do choose the cheapest option, be aware it can be a sleepless and bumpy ride with no toilet. Thanks for sharing this great link! As you already know, a lot of bus companies have bad reputations in Peru, and Peru Hop is trying to make traveling by bus safer by hiring only the best drivers and driving at speeds much slower than the speed limit. We are very proud of our safety record when compared to any public buses here in Peru and hope that continues!
Thanks for your comment!
The Peru Hop Team!
